Returns are eligible within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns past the 30 day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense.
All return costs are held at the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return.
You can return items that are:
- Free of perfume, animal hair, stains and odors
You cannot return items that are:
- Worn or washed
- Accessory items
- Purchased with store credit
Because we are constantly updating and changing our inventory, exchanges will not be likely. Please include the exchange request on your packing slip with the return. We will definitely review the exchange request and process if we are able. If the item is not available, we will refund for the amount you paid for the item.
How Much Will Be Refunded?
We will refund the full amount of the item ONLY. The shipping expense will not be refunded.
* Damaged items MUST be reported withing 2 days of receiving.
*We only accept 3 returns PER YEAR, PER CUSTOMER.
*If you send back an item that is not eligible for return and/or does not include your packing slip, you will be charged to ship the item back to your address.
*Returns are processed every 3-5 days.
